Does it dissolve pet hair?
No, our tabs don't completely dissolve pet hair but they help in loosening them from being stuck in the washer. They do contain proteins to dissolve the hair, but we have intentionally not made them strong to ensure there is ZERO damage done to the washing machine itself.

Shouldn’t the machine just clean it-self with the detergent? Why do we need this?

Residue builds up in your washer, and when combined with the dark and humid environment, it leads to a foul smell. Eventually, these unpleasant elements find their way back onto your clothes and body.
Where do I put the tablet?
The tablet should be placed directly into the drum. DO NOT put the tablet in the detergent dispenser tray.
How often do I use the tablets?
We recommend cleaning every 2 weeks, or whenever you feel that musty odors are present.
Will this work with my washing machine?
Yes, Uproot Washing Machine Cleaner Pro is compatible with all washing machines including High Efficiency (HE), front-load, top-load, stainless steel interior, and white interior machines.
How do you use the product?
1. Ensure that the washing machine is completely empty.
2. Put one tablet directly into the washing machine drum. DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DETERGENT COMPARTMENT.
3. Run on “Normal / Hot Water” or “Clean Washer” cycle.
4. Post-cycle, wipe away any leftover residue.
